Our mission is to serve as a conduit for businesses, communities, residents and visitors in pursuit of authentic and palatable culinary experiences that enhance the understanding of the local cultural heritages of Indiana. We love to discover new places to experience Hoosier foodways.

All Things Chocolate

Hoosiers have been refining their beer brewing craft as far back as 1807, according to the Brewers of Indiana Guild. The microbrew movement took off in Indiana in 1989, and today there are approximately 22 microbreweries operating in Indiana. (Read more)

Parmesan, tomato, garlic and mozzarella cheese. Although these ingredients sound like the shopping list for an Italian dinner, they were actually used for Pies Across America, a festival featuring locally grown food and recipes. (Read more)
