General Dining
The history of serving good BBQ to the public goes all the way back to 1961, Harold Cottongim opened his restaurant on the east side of Indianapolis. Since that time, the family seems to have always been in the hospitality industry with a variety of restaurants & catering operations. One thing hasn't changed, however, and that's attention to detail and quality. We use only the finest of ingredients, best cuts of meat, and fresh produce in all our foods.
